Cartier, France, "Carré Attaches Obus", Case No. 32076, 23 x 30 mm, circa 1942

A highly elegant, square wristwatch
Case: 18k white gold, 18K white gold back, screws on the band, crown set with sapphire cabochon, 18k white gold buckle. Dial: silvered. Movm.: bridge movement, screw compensation balance.
This model was first produced in 1923. It has the typical cone-shaped lugs with side screws that look a little like grenades.
