This timeless elegant automatic Cartier "Tank Francaise" has a solid bracelet with an invisible 18k gold folding clasp. The classic-style dial is silver with radial engine-turned pattern and blued hands, Roman hour numerals and secret Cartier signature at "VII". The "Tank Francaise" also has a central second and a date window at 6 o’clock.
