Case: 18k gold, screw back ref. 16500, screwed "Triplock" winding crown, screwed chronograph pushers, gold bezel with tachy scale, heavy 18k gold "Oyster" bracelet ref. 78668. Dial: gilt, applied brilliant-cut diamond indexes.
The watch is in overall excellent condition and has obviously hardly ever been worn, if at all. The original green Rolex case back sticker is still present and shows the number 16528.
