A gentleman's fine Glashuette pocket watch - Commemoration watch celebrating the 25th anniversary of textile company Heymann, Welter & Co. in Berlin- sold on 12/12/1905 to Paul de Beaux company in Leipzig for the sum of 336 Marks - with Lange extract from the archives and original dedication letter given by the company Heymann, Welter & Co. to Mr. Waltke, dated March 31, 1906
Case: 18k gold. Dial: enamel. Movm.: 3/4 plate movement, gold screw compensation balance.
It is very rare that the original letter to the receiver of the watch has survived, making this a remarkable packet of historical value.
