Case: 18k gold. Dial: enamel. Movm.: 1/2 plate movement, 3 hammers / 3 gongs, gold screw compensation balance.
The movement of this timepiece was constructed in the manufactory of César Racine, who had his workshop in the Avenue de Nouveau Collège in Locle and specialised in Grande Sonnerie movements; he had them registered with patents no. 16122 and 18543.
