A gentleman's magnificent quarter repeating verge pocket watch with two jacquemarts

Case: 18k pink gold, protective cap with hinge. Dial: enamel. Movm.: full plate movement, keywind, chain/fusee, three-arm brass balance.

The two Jacquemarts, a man and a woman, are shown in Roman armour of three shades of gold; they strike the hours on a large bell mounted in the lower half of the dial with their hammers. The top half of the dial has a small hour dial with Arabic numerals.
Case: very good, slightly worn, restaurations
