A silver enamel cross form pendant watch with concealed watch of high quality "The Flaming Heart"
Case: silver, applied ribbon decoration, translucent cobalt blue enamel, central jumping lid with repoussé cupid. Dial: enamel. Movm.: cross-form movement, cylinder escapement, ring balance.
The engraving on the back of the cross is exquisite and shows the Sacred Heart surrounded by flowers.
The heart is a Christian symbol representing Jesus Christ’s divine love for humanity; another devotion is the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
