A gentleman's very fine, thin pocket watch
Case: 18k gold, polished, monogrammed, numbered and signed gold dome. Dial: silver, engine-turned centre, Arabic Breguet numerals, auxiliary seconds, blued Breguet hands. Movm.: extraordinary bridge movement design, frosted, gilt, special patented Sandoz-Reymond's lever escapament, gold screw compensation balance, lever with jewelled pallets.

In addition, Sandoz, who after marrying combined his last name with this of his wife, and became Sandoz-Reymond, implementd in this watch rarely seen his own form of lever escapement which was patented on March 27, 1905.
