A gentleman's almost unique and very heavy minute repeating wristwatch with perpetual calendar, split seconds chronograph and tourbillon - "Pressy Grande Complication" - produced in a small series of 5 pieces in total - here no. 1 (!). With original box and guarantee card. Former retail price in the year 2004: 770.000 Euro!
Case: platinum, 222 grams, screwed on sapphire glazed back, lateral slide for repeating mechanism, platinum buckle. Dial: silver with light blue mother-of-pearl, engine-turned centre, Arabic numerals, 30 min. counter, subsidiary dial with month indicator considering the leap year, retrograde day and date indicator, blued leaf hands. Movm.: bridge movement, rhodium-plated, decorated, finely ground and bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, ground and bevelled double hand tong with ratchet wheel for split seconds, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, finest mirror-polished steel tourbillon cage, Glucydur screw balance.
