A rare table clock with half hour / hour strike and musical movement playing six different tunes. This clock comes with a matching box for letters and a paper holder. Case: wood, lapis lazuli coloured, punched gold flowers, rectangular moulded base housing the musical movement, four disc feet, convex body, waved pediment. Dial: enamel, blue radial Roman numerals, florally chased brass bezel, pierced hands. Movm.: circular brass full plate movement, 2 barrels for striking train, 1 hammer / 1 bell, round pillars, locking plate, silk suspended short pendulum. Musical Movement: brass, pin barrel, vibrating blades.
