An English pair-cased verge pocket watch with 24h indicator and second time zone Case: outer case - copper, firegilt, polished, à goutte, large lateral hinge. Inner case - copper, firegilt, engraved signature and year 1798, case maker's punch mark "RN" (probably Robert Nutall of London). Dial: enamel, radial Roman hours, "Fleur de Lys" hands. Movm.: full plate movement, keywind, firegilt, applied florally engraved ornaments, chain/fusee, moulded movement pillars, large three-arm brass balance, large florally engraved and pierced balance cock.
