Two parallel arches on fluted bases; front arch with opaque cobalt blue enamelling and gold star ornaments, signature "Gs Joly". Surmounted by an eagle on branches. Dial: enamel chapter ring, Arabic numerals, centre seconds, inner date with blued pointer, skeletonized centre, gilt and engraved double serpent hands with sun pointer, opaque cobalt blue enamelled bezel with golden stars, framed by a gilt border with chased decor.
