A gentleman's large and rare quarter repeating and music playing pocket watch with an unusual movement construction of selected quality
Case: 18k rose gold, button in the reeded band to activate the musical mechanism. Dial: two-tone gilt. Movm.: bridge movement, keywind, 2 hammers / 2 gongs, three-arm ring balance.
This timepiece is in excellent condition, with an engine-turned pattern of outstanding quality. The unusual musical movement with a going barrel with pins works a set of blued steel tongues. The pointed tune is loud and clear.
