The elegant Senator Cosmopolite model uses the same complicated time zone mechanism as the "Grande Cosmopolite Tourbillon" introduced in 2012, and enables the world traveller to track time in two time zones simultaneously.
A time zone ring offers a choice of all 37 world time zones currently in use, each of them displayed with the official IATA code of an international airport in the relevant time zone; a colour-coded system indicates the offset from Greenwich Mean Time – full hour, half hour or three quarter hour.
A black railway track minute scale and black Roman numerals adorn the lacquered dial with its fine silver graining, which simultaneously displays local time at home as well as at the traveller’s destination.
