An impressive large and heavy pocket watch with 8 days power reserve and a matching heavy silver watch chain
Case: silver, engraved coat of arms. Dial: enamel. Movm.: 4/5 plate movement, screw compensation balance.
The back of the watch is engraved with the initial "W" below a German Imperial crown. As the Bugatti company was founded in 1909 in Molsheim in the Alsace, which was part of the German Empire until World War I, this timepiece was presumably presented to Emperor Wilhelm II.
