Case: 18k gold, engine-turned, reeded band, à goutte, engine-turned and signed gold dome "Patent 1867 January 15", case maker's punch mark "JAD". Dial: enamel, radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, blued Breguet hands. Movm.: bridge movement, ébauche: Piguet Frères, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, wolfteeth winding wheels, gold screw compensation balance, counterpoised lever.
