Case: outer case - silver, the back side with classical scene in high relief, decorated with engraved and chased volutes and scrollwork, large lateral hinge. Inner case - silver, polished. Dial: enamel, opaque polychrome painted with contemporary ships, small central chapter ring with radial Roman hours, Louis XVI hands. Movm.: full plate movement, keywind, firegilt, signed, chain/fusee, square baluster pillars, three-arm steel balance, florally engraved and pierced balance bridge.
