An impressive, extra flat, skeletonized platinum pocket watch from a small series, this is number 1 - with matching Cartier platinum watch chain
Case: platinum, glazed on both sides, winding crown set with a diamond. Dial: skeletonized. Movm.: bridge movement, lavishly hand-engraved, Glucydur screw balance.
There was, after all, some space left on the intricately embellished bridges for placing the Cartier signature. The rest of this remarkable movement has been reduced to its essence and any free surfaces have been intricately ornamented.
