An elegant automatic Glashuette wristwatch in mint condition, with annual calendar and moon phase - with original box, operating instructions, Lange-booklet, Lange-guarantee seal dated July 5, 2010 and setting pin
Case: 18k pink gold, sapphire glass screwed on back, "Lange" 18k pink gold buckle. Dial: solid silver, argenté, applied pink gold indexes, pink gold alpha hands.
The elegant SAXONIA ANNUAL CALENDAR combines several calendar functions. In addition to the time, the dial displays the date, the day of the week, the month and the moon phase. A sophisticated mechanism identifies whether a month has 30 or 31 days. The display needs to be updated just once a year, at the change of February to March.
If the watch is running continually, the moon phase display only deviates by one day in 122.6 years. Correctors are embedded in the case to facilitate the setting of the outsize date, the day of the week, the month and the moon phase. The patented ZERO-RESET mechanism provides for easy time setting – when the crown is pulled, the movement stops and the seconds hand jumps to zero. The minute hand can be positioned in line with the relevant minute marker and the watch restarted accurately.
