Case: copper, firegilt, engraved top, moulded, the sides with screwed on windows, 4 toupie feet, rear bell. Dial: brass, firegilt, inlaid radial Roman hours, florally engraved centre, pierced blued iron hands. Movm.: hexagonal brass movement, pierced and florally engraved appliques, chain/fusee, 2 barrels, baluster-shaped movement pillars, 1 hammer, locking plate for strike mechanism, verge escapement, three-arm brass balance, florally engraved and pierced balance cock.
