An extremely interesting and elegant German seconds regulator with one year power reserve
Case: pine with walnut and hazelnut veneer. Upright case, moulded and gently curved base in the form of a console; glazed front door, top part of the dial decorated with diagonally set stylized fluted pilasters with gold bases and capitals, moulded arched gable. Dial: silvered, radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, signed, gilt and engine-turned brass bezel, blued trefoil-shaped hands. Movm.: brass full plate movement, finest teethed going train in very best quality, Graham escapement in an inverted alignment with fine adjusting device, concealed weight driven via spools, solid movement pillars, brass pendulum bob mounted to a wooden rod with micrometric beat adjustment.
