A very fine, extraordinary gold enamel ball-form pendant verge watch with original watch key Case : gold enamel, ball-form case divided into quarters, two with black enamel backgrounds and blue and white champlevé enamel motifs, two with gold backgounds and white champlevé enamel motifs: flowers and birds, musical instruments and sheets of music. Dial : enamel, Arabic numerals, gold hands. Movm. : full plate movement, keywind, signed, gilt, chain/fusee, solid movement pillars, verge escapement, three-arm brass balance, engraved, pierced balance bridge.
Antoine Moilliet & Cie. worked in Geneva between 1790-1810. He was specialized in making of enamel and fob watches.
