A rare and heavy five-minute repeating hunting case pocket watch and Juergensen's patented bow setting

Case: 18k gold, polished, tiered, à goutte, engine-turned and signed gold dome "Patent 1867 January 15", slide for repeating mechanism. Dial: enamel, radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, blued Breguet hands. Movm.: bridge movement, ébauche: Piguet Frères, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, signed, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, large gold screw compensation balance, counterpoised lever.
