Case: 18k gold, push back, 18k Patek Philippe gold buckle. Dial: silvered, applied indexes, 24h indicator, indications of weekday, date, month and leap year, gold dauphine hands. Movm.: 22k gold microrotor movement, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 8 adj., 27 jewels, Geneva quality hallmark, Gyromax balance, shock protection for balance.
Ref. 3940
Reference 3940 was first produced in 1985; production ended in April 2007. The model No. 1, which is kept at the "Museum of Time Measurement" in Zurich, was dedicated to Theodor Beyer. Ref. 3940 replaced references 3848 and 3850.
