A verge pocket watch "Oignon with central winding - from the watchmaker to the King of France and to the Duc d'Orleans

Case: silver and brass, finely engraved case with foliate decoration, glazed back side revealing the very finely decorated balance bridge, large lateral hinge. Dial: gilt, chased, enamel cartouches with radial Roman numerals, central volute decor, blued single steel hand. Movm.: full plate movement, firegilt, signed, chain/fusee, Egyptian movement pillars, three-arm silver balance, fine engraved and pierced silver balance bridge with foliate scrolls and mascarons.
Case: very good, worn
Dial: very good, slightly chipped
Movm.: very good, capable of running, cleaning recommended
