A gentleman's Glashuette pocket watch - ANKERCHRONOMETER in a silver case, sold in 1916 for the sum of 317 Marks

Case: silver, polished, case design "Lucia à goutte", gold crown, pusher, hinge and shackle, glazed movement. Dial: enamel, Arabic "Empire" numerals, auxiliary seconds, gold Louis XV hands. Movm.: 3/4 plate movement, frosted, gilt, signed, screwed gold chatons, large gold screw compensation balance, florally hand-engraved balance cock, index spring fine adjusting device, gold lever and escape wheel, chatoned diamond endstone on balance.
