Case: 18k rose gold, chased decor of a contemporary car racing in high relief, case design "Bassine à goutte", numbered and signed gold dome with presentation engraving: "EL PERSONAL DEL HOSPITAL DURAND A SU DIGNO DIRECTOR DOCTOR ALVARO J. NEWTON, 20 MAYO 1919", pusher for chronograph via pendant, chronograph locking device. Dial: enamel, radial Arabic Dauphine numerals, auxiliary seconds, 30 min. counter, signed, gold spade hands. Movm.: bridge movement, frosted, gilt, very finely ground and bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, signed, wolfteeth winding wheels, gold screw compensation balance, counterpoised "Moustache" lever.
