A gentleman's very fine, thin gold enamel pocket watch with original box

Case: 18k gold, opaque and translucid enamel, the back cover with very fine polychrome enamel painting: an alpine river landscape with conifers, an earth road in the foreground and a small bridge over an alpine purling brook against a background of mountains in the evening sun, the bezels decorated with laurel wreaths. Dial: gilt, Arabic numerals, signed, blued Breguet hands. Movm.: bridge movement, cal. LeCoultre, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, 7 adj., screw compensation balance.
