Case: veneered and polished mahogany, gilt brass fittings. High rectangular moulded case, four brass volute feet; front with chamfered edges, decorated with applied flower garlands and caryatids; open work sides, front spandrel and lower part of the pediment decorated with engraved foliage and lined with red fabric; moulded cornice, corners with vases, hipped pediment, front and back with glass panels, brass handles on the sides. Dial: applied chased and gilt foliate decor, laquered dial with radial Roman hours and pierced gilt hands. Upper part - with two applied lacquered discs for date on the left and for stopping the striking mechanism "Strike/Silent" on the right, gilt hands, signature plaque between. Movm.: rectangular brass full plate movement, florally engraved, gut/fusee for striking train, 3 x gut/fusee for striking trains and going train, verge escapement, 8 hammers/8 bells, additional bell and hammer for hour strike, short pendulum, string for repetition.
