Case: 18k rose gold, polished, pusher for repetition via pendant. Dial: enamel. Movm.: bridge movement, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, tandem winding with mirror polished click on the top, gold screw compensation balance.
Around 1900 Patek Philippe started making double train trip repeaters with two barrels in very limited quantities. Fewer than thirty of them are known - to our knowledge all minute repeaters. The very elegant and heavy case was made in the famous goldsmith workshops of Tiffany & Co. jewellers.
