Case: steel/gold, screw back ref. 16750, screwed "Twinlock" winding crown, steel/gold "Oyster" bracelet ref. 78363H18. Dial: brown, tritium. Movm.: rotorwind movement, rhodium-plated, ground, Glucydur balance.
This timekeeper is commonly called "Tiger Eye" (or "Root Beer" in the American language area) because of its amber-coloured dial and the brown and gold colour scheme that is so typical for the 1970s and 1980s. The watch is in excellent original condition, the tropical bezel is slightly faded. Models with unusual colouring have become highly sought-after by the collectors – this is a true vintage classic piece.
