Case: 18k rose gold, push back, 18k rose gold buckle. Dial: silvered.
Reference 1450 is one of Patek Philippe’s classic wristwatch shapes - collectors call it the "Top Hat" because of how the watch looks in profile. The cases for this model were made by Markowsky, the dials by Stern Frères. Reference 1450 was produced from 1940 to circa 1960.
