In the LANGE 1 MOON PHASE , the eponymous complication is a genuine eye-catcher. The display reproduces the so-called synodic month of 29.531 days – or 29 days, 12 hours, 44 minutes and 3 seconds – with an accuracy of 99.998 per cent. Once correctly set, the display has to be corrected by one day after 122.6 years, assuming the watch runs without interruption.
