A very fine Berlin rococo enamel snuff box with gold trimmings and silver mountings
Case: white enamel, discharge mark Antoine Leschaudel (1745-1750).
Rectangular case, all sides decorated with polychrome painting and translucent enamel flower decoration, silver mounting with discharge mark. Slightly domed lid with engraved gold relief pattern depicting a flute playing Cupid and a book reading lady sitting under an umbrella.
