A very fine enamel miniature carriage clock with minute repeater and 7-day power reserve in its original leather box - sold by Charlton & Co., New York

Case: silver, the front, the sides and the top engine-turned and translucent light-blue enamelled, the front and the top decorated with flower garlands, hinged back door with dedication engraving "Janet", bun feet, waved handle on top, pusher for repeating mechanism. Dial: enamel, white, Arabic numerals, blued spade hands. Movm.: rectangular-shaped brass movement, frosted, gilt, signed, keywind, 2 hammers / 2 gongs, "Brevet 30225", platform with lateral lever escapement, Glucydur screw balance, blued helical balance spring.
