A decorative miniature carriage clock
Case: silver/brass, ray skin covered, handle on top, bun feet, signed. Dial: enamel, multi-coloured flower and paillon border, radial Roman hours, blued spade hands. Movm.: trapezoidal brass movement, frosted, gilt, punch mark "JTC", solid movement pillars, screw compensation balance.

The firm was established in 1880 by William Gibson (d. 1913) and John Lawrence Langman (1846-1928).
