An extremely rare, very fine gold enamel snuff box "Telemachus and Calypso" Case: gold, maker's punch mark "IGRC" in a lozenge (Rémond, Lamy, Mercier & Co. à Genève). Rectangular case with chamfered corners, lid with rectangular polychrome enamel medallion: Telemachus in the company of his mentor, telling the nymph Calypso about his adventures.
