A large, heavy automatic Geneva wristwatch with date, produced in a limited edition of only 1000 pieces - with original box, original certificate, limited edition certificate and operating instructions
Case: 18k gold, screwed on glazed back AP 18k gold bracelet, bracelet length 140 mm, total length 185 mm. Dial: anthracite, engine-turned "grand tapisserie".
On occasion of the 20th anniversary of the top-selling ROYAL OAK, Audemars Piguet launched a limited special edition in 1992 and called it "Royal Oak Jumbo Jubilee". Only 1,000 pieces worldwide came on the market – an automatic version of Gerald Genta’s famous, classic timepiece with the screwed-in octagonal bezel. 700 of them were steel versions, 280 came as 18k yellow gold examples and 20 were made in platinum with a 21k yellow gold skeleton winding rotor engraved with the serial number.
