Case: silver, brass, firegilt, inside four baluster-shaped movement pillars. Dial: gilt chapter ring.
The gilt chapter ring is worked into the hinged lid of the small square case. The gilded sides are embellished with open-work silver mountings with ornaments of of oak leaves and acorns.
